8 months, 8 briefs, 8 big-name judges, and hundreds of competing creative duos worldwide. That's what we were up against when joining season 21/22.

With 3 gold medals, 2 bronze medals, and 5 finalist cases, we ended up as the overall winners. Below you'll find the most prominent ideas together with shorter summaries.

Flubberman

This idea was awarded the gold medal in the season’s third round. Announced by Simon Wood, founder of Sneaker Freaker.

How do you create a marketing campaign for a fictive technology based on the 90’s Robin Williams movie Flubber? We looked at the highest-grossing movies of the last decade and realized that everyone loves superhero movies.

But somehow they all seem to have missed the biggest superhero of them all – Flubberman. Since Flubber is a subscription service, we simply added a free month's trial to everyone who watched the new blockbuster on the opening weekend.

Let's Play - Australia

This idea was awarded the gold medal in the season’s fourth round. Announced by Matt Gray, Creative Director at Iris Worldwide.

Imagine it’s 2021 and you’re Visit Australia. How do you attract a new generation of travelers when the pandemic finally is over? For us, it was a clear choice. You showcase your beautiful country at the one place where they hang out – inside one of the most popular games of their generation.

So we invented a new kind of tourism campaign, using the GTA V modding community, turning the in-game map into the majestic city of Sydney.

Support-Per-View

This idea was awarded a bronze medal in the season’s seventh round. Announced by Alexandre Béland &Alexis Caron-Côté, Creative Directors at Taxi Montreal.

To get people excited about AFCON (The African Cup of Nations), we partnered up with sports channel Eurosport to broadcast all games and created a support-per-view program so that part of the subscription fee was donated to Football for Good – an organization that helps build the future of African football.

Goal Emotes

This idea was awarded a bronze medal in the season’s seventh round. Announced by Alexandre Béland &Alexis Caron-Côté, Creative Directors at Taxi Montreal.

To get people excited about AFCON (The African Cup of Nations), we took the tournament's most classic goal celebrations and turned them into Emotes in one of the most popular games of this decade – Fortnite.

Share Your Cookies

This idea was awarded the gold medal in the season’s first round. Announced by Bernardo Andrada, Executive Creative Director at Oliver.

There’s a real challenge in getting someone a Christmas gift that they actually enjoy, even if it’s someone close to you. But nobody knows them better than their own browser history.

So to help Wish become the first option for shopping gifts this holiday, we made a browser extension that allows them to share their cookies as a Wish List to friends and family.
